The 2nd edition of the event, which was successfully held in the US market in January, now aims to bring together the European live event industry. Allseated finally wants to create encounters again and strengthen the European network! Their virtual platform Allseated exVo transports emotions and intensive networking from the live world into the virtual world. Thought leaders from the industry provide impulses and themed areas playfully ensure interaction and discussions on future topics that move the event industry in the 3D locations.
On April 22, 2021 from 15:30-18:00, Allseated offers associations and convention bureaus, PCOs, agencies, event venues, industry-strong event formats and corporate planners the opportunity to be there – all free of charge – sponsored by Allseated.

Promoting networking and exchange virtually through Open Space Sessions.
When people from all over Europe are invited to the FORWARD TOGETHER 2021 EUROPE event, the challenge is to cross borders and create a welcoming atmosphere for attendees from different countries who have likely never met in person. To facilitate networking and meeting for the European live event industry, Allseated is bringing a meeting method from the physical event world to the virtual world for the first time. By creating OPEN SPACE SESSIONS or UNCONFERENCE areas, they reduce the usual focus on formal presentations and instead encourage casual meetings.
The list of participating associations and organizations is already long. Allseated has managed to bring together strong partners such as IMEX, LOCATIONS Messe, German Convention Bureau, MEET Germany and renowned associations of the European event industry such as ICCA, IACC, PCMA, BTA, AEO, HBAA, EVVC, degefest and many others. Together, the aim is to create meeting and exchange in the virtual world of Allseated exVo.
Realistic digital twins of venue partners Areal Böhler/Broich Catering, Trafo Baden and Kraftwerk by trendfactory in different cities and countries can be explored with one’s own robot avatar while meeting other industry colleagues. Random encounters, mobility and emotional experiences, as components of each live event and focus of the virtual platform, let visitors experience a whole new world of virtual event formats.
Well-known event industry representatives will lead the following OPEN SPACE sessions at the FORWARD TOGETHER 2021 EUROPE event and invite to exchange ideas:

In each session, experts from the European event industry will give impulses on the respective topic in a total of 5-10 minutes. Afterwards, participants are invited to discuss with the thought leaders in group discussions of max. 15-20 people. Together, the European event industry can gather sustainable and future-proof experiences, generate knowledge and exchange ideas.
Allseated exVo combines live event elements and experiences with the immersive feel of gaming technology, bringing together preferred networking methods with the 3D avatar gaming world.
