Stuttgart Region Online Meeting Guide in new Design

Twenty years ago the SCB launched its Online Location Database – and now the Online Meeting Guide is available in a fresh look and with new functions.
At present the Guide lists more than 140 conference hotels, congress centres and special locations. A search according to the number of participants, room requirements or sustainable meetings quickly produces suitable venues. New criteria have been included to enable the planning and realisation of events in safer conditions and in accordance with valid regulations.
Using the filters, planners can now search for
- virtual tours/videos
- hybrid or virtual event formats,
- terrace/outdoor area and
- tours and activities
The safety protocols of every location are presented transparently under 'Safety Policy'.
Search results can be stored as a PDF overview using the "Save" function. Requests for offers can be easily and directly drafted and sent to suitable providers.
