MICE TO MEET YOU: In NRW, Rhine-Main and Bavaria

MEET GERMANY brings together event planners and event service providers on the topics of “People, Technology & Planet”. Hybrid SUMMIT series offers plenty of exchange of experience, expert knowledge, interaction and networking.

Under the theme “The [R]Evolution of Business | People, Technology & Planet”, the MEET GERMANY SUMMITs will continue from October after the kick-off in Berlin. he event series has a modular and hybrid structure:  The FORUM combines interactive exhibitor presentations by regional and national providers with expert talks and discussion panels. The TOUR shows regional event locations – whether a new insider tip or a tried and tested classic, a trade fair or event location, a club or a hotel – there is a lot on offer. At NIGHT and CLOSING, people will network in one of the regional ‘special event locations’ and “review” what they have experienced.

“With the various formats, we offer an entertaining programme for every information need – live and virtual,” says Marco Seitelmann, Head of Community at MEET GERMANY, who also acts as moderator. “Content such as the ‘COMMUNITY MORNING’ or the ‘TRUMAN SHOW’ are particularly popular, because the audience is integrated here. The content of our DIGISTAGE or interactive formats like speed-ups are also very welcome.”

The SUMMIT programmes and exhibitor presences offer an interesting mix of regional and national news. With the integration of the new brand MEET EUROPE, the international share of exhibitors and visitors increases even more.

Modern and futuristic versus traditional and classical: three dates and five destinations in autumn
The first date in autumn on 27/28 October will focus on the offer in Düsseldorf and Cologne. Participants can look forward to a SUMMIT at the Classic Remise in Düsseldorf as well as exciting TOURS through two attractive event destinations.

On 17/18 November, the Rhine-Main region will present itself. The tours will lead through Frankfurt am Main and Darmstadt, including stops at the futuristic darmstadtium and baroque Orangerie. SUMMIT will also focus on the topic of “Green Meetings”.

The series of events will conclude on 8/9 December in Munich. The Showpalast Munich is “the place to be” for the last MEET GERMANY SUMMIT of the year. Versatile locations will open their doors for event planners: the Jochen Schweizer Arena, Party Rent Munich with an inspiring showroom, the ‘experience room’ by Neumann&Müller, the Roomers Munich Platzl Hotel, the Gloria Palast and many more.

Event planners can already register for the individual programmes. Interested suppliers can still apply for individual presentation slots.

“It is a great feeling to be able to realise our events “live” again. Even though the current situation always presents us with new challenges, because the health and safety of everyone involved is our top priority,” says Tanja Schramm, CEO MEET GERMANY.” We are very happy about the personal talks and many expert talks. But the digital formats also have their appeal and their place in our programme for sure. The learning curve this year was once again enormous, which will also have an effect on our plans for 2022. The MEET GERMANY community has developed greatly, we are very aware of the experience we have gained. A big thank you to our community and partners for the journey together. “

Partner 2021

Among others, Jürgen May and Clemens Arnold from 2bdifferent will accompany this year’s INNOVATION HUB on the topic of sustainability.
