Whether in Frankfurt am Main, Germany or Las Vegas, America: The IMEX is the annual meeting place for the global meetings and events industry. For the first time, MEET EUROPE is offering a Hosted Buyer Programme for event planners. The deadline for applications is 8 October 2021.
It is considered the organiser of the most important trade fairs for incentive travel, meetings and events – the IMEX GROUP. MEET EUROPE is the strategic partner for the D-A-CH region and, for the tenth anniversary of IMEX America, the most important offshoot of the IMEX trade fairs in the North American region, is offering a hosted buyer programme for event planners for the first time.
The trade fair will take place from 9 to 11 November 2021 in Las Vegas, America – for the first time at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino Las Vegas. Preceding the show on 8 November is “Smart Monday”, a special networking and educational programme powered by MPI. More than 3,500 exhibitors from over 155 countries will present themselves in Las Vegas. There will also be countless networking opportunities, events and interactions for event planners.
Attendance at the show is free of charge for participants of MEET EUROPE’s Hosted Buyer Group. In addition to attending the show, the free package includes participation in the legendary IMEXrun, airfare (up to 1,100 euros if travelling from Europe), transfers (airport, hotel, show location), accommodation and much more.
